I have a friend who is currently in the bizz and got the bid for a large commerical account. The total is 2,300 a month for just mowing that takes about 2-3 hours, since he is a solo op. Would you say that this is a great account or a good account.

most of the mowing is around the road that surrounds the buisness, very little finish work. SY Opinons are welcome

well thats about $150 an hour. He has to figure out his expenses on everything. And also he might make more money per hour with resi's but probably not.

If it were me, I would take it. $150 an hour, then take out costs, taxes, all that good stuff and you'd probably be around $80-$95 profit, maybe even more depending on his equipment costs and gas prices and insurance.
