If you picked up a quarter acre bermuda lawn around the June time frame. This lawn was in pretty bad shape (broadleaf weeds, grass weeds, needed fert., ect). She says she has never had the lawn treated before and she doesn't have irrigation.

How would you'll go about approaching this lawn on the first application for pretty quick turn around? Im talking as far as would you use the tank with a small amount of N with some post and pre? Would you add MSMA in the mix for grass weeds? Would you not use the tank and go dry and try to spot spray the lawn? Would you just fallow your normal regiment and let the lawn come around slowly?

Just looking to see how other will respond to a situation like this. Im sure we all have run into this situation at one point or another.
