Latest project!

    Here are a couple of pics from a small patio we just completed. I took some of the pics from the roof! :help: Start to finish the project took us 3 days. Patio is 450 sq. ft.

    Looks good. What were you doing on the roof? Cleaning the gutters?

    Very nice! Now you can sell them a cleaning and sealing to keep that "wet" look.

    Thanks guys! Upselling on this project was not an option. The homeowner was already spending more than their budget, so add ons were out of the question. As far as steps, there was a pad that lead to their back door so we just butted up to the pad(stoop) and gave them a 6" step.

    " nice patio... why did it take you three days though?" I thought 3 days was pretty good. We beat our hours, so I was happy. How long would it have taken you?

    Mike - Aside from hardscaping, we also do shingle work. So as I was patching their leaky roof I snapped some photos. :D
