Buy stuff if it's a good deal. Then in wintertime I sell it on ebay. good money maker if you do things just right. I have made 100% more profit than if I had sold the stuff otherways.... works supergreat for me..... This was the first year I did much of it and used ebay, next winter I will definately be doing it more than this year. :blob4:

    We do:

Residential / Commercial Maint: {40+ residential, 11 small commercial and a church} I enjoy the residential the most and advise adding as many services ($$) while at a location as possible.

Commercial Pressure Cleaning and Recovery: {30 Gas Stations}gas stations can get complicated, but you can pursue relatively easy expansion by way of a cold water system and some chemicals that will "WOW" anyones concrete or house. Check your classifieds and toss it into your truck/trailer, target your existing customers first, cluster homes can be breeding grounds for dirty houses.

Commercial Window Cleaning: {3drug stores, few misc. retail that we already service} we avoid residential this service, usually always an add on service. We arent aggresive enough marketing this. If residential interest is found, shoot high and its worth it, for us.

Parking Lot Sweep (Blow): (currently none, BUT ive been asked for just this service, but the area was a little rough to bring my rig)

A lot of pressure washer guys plow snow in the winter.
