    The mailing lists are way out of date for they do them in volume and can't keep up with the name changes. I would not recommend them. A waste of money, big time.

    cos, you cant even say that they are a waste of time. what evidence do you have that will support that claim? if your looking for a certain neighborhood, then go to the county assesor, most address are $.03 on a mailing label. like i posted before, one needs to have all the information before buying a list. the company i buy from is great and i get refunded for all dead leads.

    f350, What company are you getting your leads from? I didn't see any that would give you a refund. Sounds like a good deal.Dave
