Forgive my ignorance...I'm just typing this on my own understandings.

David puts out the little "Caution" signs (generic) and he hand writes the company name and what he sprayed on the back and the date.

He wants to get signs that already have our name on them, and I saw another thread here that had thanks for those already.

But, I think he was wanting to know,

    1. Can you get them with fill-in-the blanks on the back so he knows what he's supposed to write every time without thinking? (He's real big about not wanting to think much :hammerhead: oww...ok, I take it back !)

    2. Is there any other info he is leaving out?

We tried to look it up in his Applicators Study manual...and he's got this thing so tore up!

Now, he's thinking he may print a fill-in-the blank on the back of his cards in the printer.

    Any suggestions??

It depends on what your state requires.

We put the sign out. But most of the information about time and material used goes on the invoice, which is left at the door.

We use a check-letter format. Product, EPA number, concentration--then check which ever product we used.

I use Blackburn, too. They'll make whatever you need.
