I have a lawn that has dollar spot fungus real bad in places.
    My question is
Would you use a fungicide that mixes with water and spray it out over area, or use a granular fungicide that has fert mixed in???

I agree with KSG. coverage is important, use a systemic and contact to get the fastest control, follwed by a second app in about two weeks. The granular will take much longer to be taken into the plant. For a small area, use a backpack with a contact such as Fore and then spread the granular such a bayleton as the systemic.
