    Hello all, up for sale is everything you need to start seeding lawns-just add seed!! Included is a 2005 John Deere 4310 tractor 4X4 12/12 power reverser, 420 loader, rear hydro. outlets, appx. 580 hrs./ Glenmac t-6 6' wide power rake for prepping/grading seedbed. This is by far the best lawn prep tool made! Replaces hours of hand raking! Also included is a Land Pride PS1572 6' wide drill seeder. All fits nicely on 2005 Interstate 18' trailer w/9,500# GVW rating, and dual axle brakes. All equip. is in excellent pampered condition, as I was the only one who used it.

    To pull it all is a 1999 Ford F-250 SD 4x4 Ext. cab. Has PW, PL, A/C, Cruise. Has 5.4l v-8, AT, trailer brake controller, timberlin overload helpers in rear. Truck tailgate works, but is dented & missing handle. Truck has 117,000 mi.
    Also included is a western Uni-Mount snowplow 7.5' in working condition.

    For now, I'll only sell equipment together. I don't want to be stuck with attachments with no tractor, or the ather way around. I'm selling this end of biz to focus on maintenance side.
