Lawn installs by the squre footag

    How much do you guys look to get per sq to put seed and straw a new lawn with topsoil, spreading, rock hound, seed, starter and straw?

    You want to get around 12 to 14 cents a square foot for everything.

    Toro, does that include top soil?

    We were charging (last year, springtime) 11 cents per square foot for finish grading, seeding, and mulch (either Penn Mulch or EnCap).

    That did not include anything like erosion blanket, watering, etc, etc, etc....

    No top soil either. Don't get me started on that.....
