Need your help guys. I looked at prepping a back lawn today for a fellow who wants sod installed. He wants about 30 feet of concrete walkway taken up, an old 8' x 4' concrete planter removed, five areas of sawdust where large trees were removed and the stumps ground, and an old gravel parking area about 20'x 12' removed. He wants the lawn graded flat and the stump holes filled in with dirt to prep it for sod installation. I have installed a lot of sod but never did this much prep work. The lawn is approx. 30' x 50' and has easy access from an alley. I figure my costs with labor, disposal, skid steer rental, fuel, dirt delivery, etc. is going to be about $1015.00. How much profit should I build in for my time? Thanks.
