lawn renovation

    I have a customer who had sod installed 2 years ago. It looks really bad now, lots of weeds and other un wanted grasses. She wants to start all over. Any suggestions??????????????????

    First, are you licensed in Virginia to spray commercially ? After that, kill all bad areas or the whole area with Roundup or Killzall or some kind of vegetation killer. Remove all dead grass with a machine. See if you need new topsoil brought in or if you can just rototill the area. Then you either lay new sod or better yet, seed it with the best seed for your area, fertilize, topdress with manure and water.
