First recomendation is go visit a Dr.
But for {my} preventave visits I have a cold killer arsenal.
Late summer I'm getting beat up from ragweed, and then the allrgies just crociendo from
there into fall leaf clean up from oak leaf allergies.
After that my immune system is shot and the flu would've nailed me.

so aside from vitamine C, hot water with honey and lemon or hot nuked Dr. Pepper with honey and lemon.

I found some extreme over the counter meds that work for me. They are so effective they work right when applied

Itchy eye's- Zaditor, used to be prescription but it's over the counter now.
It's in a tiny litle bottle. Perfect for any eye allergies.

Sore throat_ Cepacol with pain relief, lozengers, 2009 OTC award winner.
no kidding. It has the highest ingredients allowed over the counter.

Zicam, just came out with a heavy congestion nose spray called extreme congestion relief. I've tried it and it works asap.

    Wondering what you all use.

    good luck this fall,
may your leaves stay dry, and your vacuume hose never clog.

Take Vitamin D3... Drugs are not health boosters, they compromise the immune system to mask the symtoms.

It is amazing the job that drug companies have done to make people believe drugs help your health. They only make you feel better for a short time. Smoke a joint on your way to work,,, same thing...

better yet take a quality multi-vitamine once a day. right smallaxe?
I'm all for eating healthy, get good sleep, excercise etc as well.

But when allergies congestion, flu etc. get ya down, the otc might get ya by in a pinch.
    I know it has helped me ever since I've been in the green industry..{20 plus years}
No time to slow down especially with the competition as well equipped as you are.
