How much would you charge to clean out a 150 by 75 area of a wooded
lot.It will include a leaf cleanup in ivy for most of the area is ivy, taking down a 65ft tree and a couple of small trees.

Hard to say. Leaves do not blow out of Ivy vines that easy. Will customer accept less then 100 % of all the leaves being removed.

Clean up a wooded area is a vague description. Just leaves, thorn bushes, brush, what is the lot suppose to look like when done?

    Bare ground?

If a clean has not been done in years then there will be a huge load of leaves that will have to be cleaned up. Making this clean up at least double the work on a maintained property of similar size.

I did a similar sounding job for 3500, we took out almost 60 yds of brush trees and leaves. Brought the bobcat along for that one
