I presently use an 11hp trac vac loader on my 6x10 dump trailer, with an 7' high box.

My question is would a 16hp loader increase my loading time enough to be worth the upgrade?
  2. More hp = larger suction tube

    more hp= more power

    more hp = less clogging

more hp = larger every thing on the vac

    more hp = more vacuum

Again this is like the blowers, more CFM more power. CFM is what picks and moves the leaves.

the only problem is the one you have is payed for and I can't realy justify spending $2500 for a new one unless the one you have is real slow.

I had a 16hp Parker and switched to a 30hp Giant vac. I also have a big truck to suck into. IHC4900 16' stake bed dump.

Good luck in your decision but I don't think it's necessary.

I don't think you need one that big and the one you have for the box size is suffichint.
