When you guys do yout leaf removal work, what techniques have you found to be the best? I've seen guys with large leaf boxes on their truck, and talking about using leaf loaders to put them in the leaf boxes. Is this just for huge amounts of leaves, say on a commercial property with lots of trees, or for the average everyday yard with 3 or 4 oak or maple trees?

Also, do the same techniques work on pine needles? If not, what is the best way to get them up.

the way we go about residentials here is...

blow the leaves into piles, then scoop into bags , leave on curb for garbage man, the cut as normal. houses with access to woods nextdoor, get scooped into pails then dumped there. but our properties here aren't too big, so you will get different techniques from other guys.
