Finally got my leaf rig up and running. Thanks to all from previous post that shared there wealth of knowledge. I really appreciate it! Now, I just have to find an 8" extension for my discharge. The one that is on the photo is a "quick rig" to get me going. After I'm done with my Spring clean ups, I'm going to mount the debris / leaf loader on the truck.

what engine is that in the crew cab isuzu and how well does that tote the trailer with mowers when full of material in the box? WHat is the GVW?

It's a 2006 NPR with the 5.2 it tows the trailer fully loaded with no problems even when I'm loaded down in the dump bed. The GVW is 14.5

    Thanks Austin

Just got a modification done to make things a little easier!

I have a chubby over that truck and loader! It's do hard to find a cabover dump with 4ft sides and barn door gate. Not to mention a crew cab which I do t really need. What hp is the loader and do the hinges hold up all that weight ok? Where's the want button on here? Very nice!

The loader is 34 HP. Glad you asked that question about the door hinges! Actually, its not mounted on the door hinges! I had a custom box built that the loader sits in. The custom box actually slides into two "receivers" welded under dump body secured with pins.

Prior to dump, I'll pull the pins and lift it off. I'll do this at the shop or where ever I dump, using tractor or forklift. I had it mounted on the drivers side since passenger door opens first.

That's what I figured. I like to have one mounted to one door that swings away so you can dump without removal. That's why I was asking about the weight and hinges. Might have to just have a smaller loader to do that. First have to find a dump before leaf season gets here.
