I am running a billy goat leaf loader with a 10" hose. Soon we will have to buy another one, is there a good place to buy a quality hose from or should I get it locally. Also right now the hose is 12' long is there any problems with lengthening the hose to say 14 or 16' that I can't think about?

They sell them on ebay, I'm not sure of the quality and length, but the price sounded fine to me.

J-thomas has some. It is pretty nice. The inside is all smooth. It's not cheap though.

I was going to buy mine from J-Thomas when I got a used machine a couple years ago. They were sold out so I ended up with the OEM hose. Its taken a beating and held up very well!

Someone on here said you can use that black drainage tube from home depot, I'm thinking I'll measure it out because my vac didn't come with a hose and they are VERY expensive.

Try WYNN ENVIRONMENTAL SALES. I bought some hose from them last fall . Price was right - service good-cheaper from them than local dealer.

Second on Wynn... great people to deal with, good price, and good product. I got a 10' length, but should have went 20'...

Whatever you do don't use the black corrigated pipe from Home Depot.

I wouldn't be afraid to put 20' on my little 11hp billy goat... biggest problems to fight are going to be clogs, kinks, and storage with anything longer. My 10' is barely enough for the way I have my loader mounted on my trailer (over the tounge), next time I'll get the 20' for sure.
