I've never leased anything ,but was wondering. Has anyone ever leased a used truck? With the price of trucks today this looks like an attractive option to me. I want a F-350 dually 4x4 crew cab diesel. The new ones are out of my price range ,but I have seen some 99-00 ones for $20-24000. If you can lease one do you know what it would cost and what to look out for?

Not a used one but we lease all or our trucks/mowers/tractors. Works well at tax time if you get the right lease.

Why would you want to lease one when you can get the same payments now days if you were to buy one? JMO.

Buy it in your name and lease it back to your co. at a profit.

Taxes! Lease it but with a $1 dollar buy out at the end of the lease. Much better tax break than just depreciation. Check with your accountant.

If that is true ,I agree. I just checked an online lease calculator and it had a lease considerably lower ($150 a month).
Anyone have an idea what a lease pmt would be for such a truck?
