Legal way to get started ?

    Just wondering what is the best way to get a business started, I have been landscaping part time through college so I have some equipment and some customers but this year I graduated. I now want to become a "Real company " what is the first thing to to to get a name registered and go about the proper insurances , workers comp , health benefits, legal crap, and all that jaz any info will help a great deal! In PA by the way if it matters.

    hey man, You can contact your local chamber of commerce. They can help you get started. Ours set us up with a free small buisiness counsler who helped us get things rolling. You should start putting together a buisinesss plan so you have some things on paper when you meet with him. Also your going to need a lawyer if you want to do things rite. You can do it with out but I wouldnt. Talk to the counsler first. Good luck
