Set of american force with rims ,traction tires adapters etc going to be 10K .I love mine sidewalls are amazing when towing no flex.
yah if you buy them out of state, and have to have them shipped I agree. my brother had 22.5's on his dually and i don't like how the tractor trailer tires ride, pretty rough. unless you are towing.
Mine today at a job site crappy camera phone. 22.5 american force wheels yokohama traction tires Icon 4.5 lift. Ride is no stiffer then stock with the icon suspension .
that's a f450 right? my brother had 99 dodge ram 3500, not quite the best riding vehicle. but the traction tires are a lot harder of compound compared to regular all season tires. my buddy has 24's on his crew cab dually 450 and it is stiff ride sitting in the back seat if he's not towing his boat, but when he's towing its pretty smooth all around. and that's with pirelli scorpions all around.
Yes its a f450. The 24-22 s from american force are going to have LT radial truck tires alot smoother ride the 22.5 or 24.5 are going to be steel belted non radial semi tires load range H alot stiffer of a tire WAY more capacity. My truck with stock wheels and tires was rough. Going to with the 4.5 lift and 22.5's it is not any rougher. Driving a vehicle capabile of towing 20K safely and expecting a plush ride is crazy. the ride is not bad but its not a F150 ride though thats for sure. this is my work truck Ill do some personal stuff with it but if im not towing most of the time I drive my little economy car around. its to much truck for a run to the grocery store shopping mall etc lol
oh i see, My buddy bought his to tow his 38' boat, and go to the mall with, and out to lunch every day, and for that I am thankful, he doesn't use it to do estimates in even because it is too flashy for that lol. I asked him what it cost to insure it for the year, his answer, I don't know or care. money just comes out of his account on a monthly basis for the insurance for his bucket truck, and 2 other pick up trucks, which stay connected to trailers all the time except when it snows.
Here is mine.
