My sod was put in just before winter last year. The green grass is pretty thin compared to some established lawns around my neighbours but it is growing evenly thin.

Many areas are starting to grow seeds. My original plan was to cut the lawn regularly but at a high height to help it with it's growth. Now i'm wondering if i should just let these seeds finish developing?

Should i let the lawn grow seeds or just keep cutting it regularly and let the lawn guys spread seeds?

Poa annua - you got cheap sod. Mow off the seedheads. You don't want anymore of that stuff growing than what you have now.
