I am curious, I hear about lawn care companies being licensed. What kind of licensing is there for this? I know there is licensing for fertilizer apps and pesticide apps which I am planning to take the tests for but is there anything else?

Most are referring to a business lic. Also depends what state you are in. In Louisiana in order to cut trees you need an Arborist lic. Install landscaping you need a Landscape/Horticulturist lic, install or repair irrigation you need an irrigation contractor lic and pest app lic.
