we did a day long mow job today. 5 of us total at one site. 30 building, 504 unit apartment complex that takes up several blocks. well over 1000 people live there which is more than some small towns around here. it was so big that no one else in area was interested or could handle it. they been trying to do it in house in past, but it has been getting real ran down. i guess we'll get the multi year full service mow/landscape contract. with a 6 digit price tag. :clapping:

yep. and i been with the company so long, i get 100% profitt sharing.

mean while another one of MY crews was mowing a whole neighborhood in a different town.

we got 8 walkers and a dixie chopper. we're getting another walker. they want all the grass picked up, too. ordered a grass catcher for the chopper and 2 walkers will also be used. we had 2 trucks and trailers on site all day.

Man sounds like a lot of trimming and such.

You just start in one area and finish then move on to another?

Or do you just edge and trim everything and come back and mow?
