Buddy sent me these from his ranch.
What kind of snake is that and what did it just eat?
Lifting up a backflow preventer cover yesterday, i found a small copper head hibernating for the winter.
It took him about 5 minutes to wake up after picking him up with the shovel.
Is that an Electric Fence? Thats a python, is it dead?
Never knew a snake had teeth like that........hope I never get close enough to find out ....
Oh and I was out in the building today and found a ''shed''....I surely dont remember it being there in late december but I figure its been too cold for them now.........I must have just not seen it before today......was about 2 foot long........I know there were 2 seperate ones int he backyard last summer about 30 inches long....so it should be plenty here this year.....I hate them things lol....black snakes are what I saw last year.....Ive been told they are good mousers and will keep poisonous snakes away too
I've had clients that resembled that.
I'm guessing a Western Rattlesnake but I can't see its tail to be sure. Definitely just ate something. Probably a prairie dog or gopher
Copperheads are very poisonous. Big Red had some pics of his arm from this summer of his bite by a baby copper. Try a search pretty amazing pics.
Looks like an annaconda after its morning breakfast...
