My lawn is in dire need of aerification. I know mechanical aeration leaves the lawn messy for a few days, so while skimming websites online I happened to find this little product. It's a liquid aerifier that simply goes on the lawn by spraying it with a hose unit. Has anyone ever used this product before? Results? :help: The website is : https://ssl.cgicafe.com/clients/natureslawn.com/aerify.html

    Thanks!

It's been discussed recently on the Organic forum.

    The jury is still out.

    It's just another wetting agent.

By the title of your post I thought you were asking about hydrojet aeration. Never heard of the spray on stuff you mentioned.

I bought some out of curiosity,we have deep clay soil that compacts to concrete in summer. The thing is,you gotta wait a year or so before you can tell if it is improving the aeration or not. My Test is now in progress.

Core aeration does much more for a lawn than loosen the soil. For instance, it controls thatch...among a list of other things.
