Hands down, I'd say Stihl hs 80's are the best on the market. I had one set that lasted over 4 years with 0 maint. 6 Years of ownership, and they are still going strong!

I have to agree with that statement. I have one as well and it works with little or no maintenance. had an issue with something coming loose (coil) causing a no start situation, but it has been fixed (by me).

Keep a set of good hand pruners and hand shears too for those shrubs you don't want to shear with gas shears (laurels, etc).

That may be the way to go, I sometimes need an another edger also. How many tools are with the Stihl multi tool?

    Thanks, Merry Christmas!

I personally do not have the Kombi unit, but have used Clapper's. That thing is great!!! I think they have a tiller, power broom, hedgetrimmer, weedwacker, edger, pole say, etc. They are worth the money, IMO. All I run right now is Stihl weedwackers, but soon all of my 2cycle equipment will be Stihl

You can get a whole mess of things.

The Power Broom is a must have, I dont know what we would do with out one!

We use the tiller Attchment all the time.

    You can also get,

Edger / Pole Saw / Weedeater head / you can also get 36" shafts to add hight.

    Its money well spent
