I have a 14' PJ dump trailer with a 29hp monster leaf loader mounted on the front of it. Its a almost perfect set up except that my leaf load keeps getting stuck in it and will not slide out. I have to manualy push and pull the pile outÂ…...sucks!! Any sugestions?

Are you working faster than the machine can keep up with the volume being fed into it?

Are the supports for the walls on the inside or outside? its important to keep the inside as smooth as possible.

Get a plastic liner for the sides and floor. Big dump trucks use them

Here's what I do for my smaller 10 foot trailer. I built just a wood frame with some braces in the middle and drilled two large holes on either side in the middle, tied a rope to it and that rope will reach the end of the trailer where it stays. Now load it up normally, but then I'll back up to a tree or something heavy and stationary and take my tow strap and wrap around the stationary object and clip it the the hoop in the rope that's laying at the end of the trailer. Now simply drive forward and it'll pull it all out for you. Kinda defeats the purpose of the dump part of the trailer, but...it works for me and my non-dumping trailer. From a 15-30 minute unload to a 2-3 minute.

Are you trying to shock them out or just putting it up and hoping they come out?

Drive forward and backwards slamming the brakes
