Loam or loom

    I hear it said both ways. Mostly loam. Can't even find "loom" (for dirt) in the dictionary. Why people say loom baffles me. How about you. How do you say it?

    then it's MUD.

    That was a good one TreeGodfather. However I have always called it and heard it called loam.
