Looking at selling Business

    I am looking at getting out of the lawn care and landscaping industry. I am looking for suggestions for how much to sell for and any other tips. I have 3 vehicles, 3 plows, 4 mowers, 3 trailers, 2 push mowers 4 blowers 4 line trimmers. Also have a pretty good client list about 45-50 mowing accts. about 125 fert/weed control customers, also have a perma green i forgot to mention, 35-40 snow removal and much more can anybody please give me some tips on stuff.

    Depending on profit between $100k to 200k.Best of luck.

    I would think it depends not only on your percieved value but also on potential buyers needs and wants from your business. Tally up equipment value. Being realistic. Then tally up total sales and profit divided by total customer base for each division. Maintenance, fert, etc. That should give you a good idea and if someone wants certain parts of business you may have the ability to break it if necessary. Good luck! P.s. where are you located?
