After learning a lot from this forum, and starting a small lawncare business a couple years ago, I learned how competitive a market this is, and decided to look around for a more profitable/less competitive business. I found another business that is wide opened, and has incredible potential. After starting this business a little over a year ago in the Kansas City market my sales are soaring. Now my partners are looking to expand into other markets (primarily in the Midwest), we will assist in financing, and training.

I feel that there are other lawn care business owners that can easily jump into this business. If you have:

    1. The drive to run your own company
    2. Mechanical ability--I've learned I can't teach troubleshooting
    3. Customer service skills
    4. Management skills to manage a couple employees ( I currently have 9)
    5. Know your local market (best if the population is 250K or higher)
    6. Some investment capital ($25k or less, depending on market)

We're basically looking for areas within 500/600 miles of KC. This is not some MLM or get rich quick scheme. If you're willing to work you can make a good living. I'd much rather do this than run a mower, and I liked running a mower!

Send me an IM if you'd like to discuss this further.

No, I have trucks, trailers, equipment, and everything. NO Pyramid here. Michigan is farther than I'm going to go anyway.

I may have over estimated lawnsite.

If you are serious, can READ and MEET the criteria I've set forth, and would like a change, then IM me.

I'd be happy to discuss. Not looking to argue on a forum, looking to share with 2 or 3 people that I can work with next season.
