Looking for good turf books

    Does anybody know of a good turf book for the Northern mid-west. I'm trying to find something that might cover area ryes, fescue, kentucky blue, pests, disease, cultural practices......
    Kinda like a Dirr's manual, but for turf

    Here is an excellent turf book used by many universities. "Turfgrass Management" by A.J. Turgeon. ISBN number 0-13-114000-0 I think I got my copy off of Amazon. It covers Species, environment, cultural practices, pest management, propagation and more.
