WOW thanks i never knew about this one!!! i use quickbooks now but this seems easier and plus the customer can log in and view their account and even pay!!! the only thing i see that it needs is lets say you work with a multi property owner and you need to invoice him for 5 different properties, you cant add jobs under the one customer like quick books.

You can put it all on one invoice. Just line one would be "june 13 mowing, 1934 27th Ave S." and the price $50

And line two would be "june 13 mowing, 2701 19th St. S." and the price $120

play around with the invoices, you can make it work. But yes it would be nice if you could save seperate service and billing address's for each customer. Let me know how you like it after you've used it awhile.

well i signed up and started entering my customers, so far so good i like it! can you batch print invoices for certain customers? Also i work with some banks so they need separate invoices made to them with the different property addresses
on each one. I guess they are working on it for a future update.

If you go up to the invoices tab, you can view invoices sorted by date, customer, and payment status. All you have to do is check the little box on the left and then right below them you can select "open selected invoices" It will open all the ones you selected, and then you can print them.

Good luck with it, I am sure you will like it as much as I do!

i use quickbooks and love it. I give my clients monthly invoices and it works out fine. I write what week i came and the payment for that week and at the bottom it gives you the total they owe

I use Quickbooks Pro for accounting/bookkeeping and Realtime landscaperpro 3 and both programs have been a perfect fit for my business. I also have both my computers backed up in case something happens and both programs are set up to auto backup when their closed out. Personally for me anyway I wouldn't want some online company keeping track of my information or my customers I just don't trust them. I let customers know their information is safe on my computers since its protected by a secure gateway and dual firewalls and encryption. I know you may not tell your customers that you post their information to an online website so they may not care until they find out. I let every one of my customers know that their information they give me and trust me with is secure. I know I'm off subject and sorry about that but I just don't trust those online websites with my information or my customers. I'm a network specialist and computer tech and I know how easy it is to steal information.
