is there anywhere they hang out waiting to get picked up daily ?
You might have better luck looking for a mexican.
go ask people at a rental equipment place.
go to home depot. theres tons of mexicans that want to work there
If your talking about St. Louis Mo. you can go to the apartments behind the Phillips 66 across from the airport, or to Dorsett and 270 I think the apartments are called Spanish Trail. Has never let me down in my time of need.
I am not mexican but love taco bell
Gimmi a holler I could use some work......
there also used to be a mexican grocery store by that intersection. i have heard you can check the bulletin boards or post an ad on the board. never done it but might try it this year. how do you guys communicate with them? (already speak spanish?)
No I dont speak much spanish but they had better speak some engish or I wont work them, I make them fill out paperwork, provide I.D. and papers to show that they are legal (make copies), that weeds out a lot of them, usually the ones that have proper paper work speak some engish. I havent had to do that in a couple of years, I found a great worker and now when I need someone I just go to him and vwala!
I need 2 people wanting to make $10 a hour to do some house clean up. Tossing trash in a dumpster for 10-12 hours this weekend.
