I was installing a landscape (soft and hardscape) in Alabama, last year, and my bobcat driver pulled up a very mature poke salad plant that had been cut back previously. The poke salad had an intense root system on it and when positioned in the right way, it looks like some wild looking iguana. There was new growth where the plant had been cut back, and it made it look like the "iguana" was eating some leaves. I've shown it to a few people and a couple of them say I should see if a gardening magazine would pay me to publish it. Does anyone know of a gardening magazine that does that?
