lost an account today what do you do ?

    I was wondering for you guys that use contracts, if someone calls up and says hey i wanna stop service. They didnt like the quality or some other bs reason. I dont know what to do, its the worst losing a good paying customer. I dont know what else to do say well i can promise you next week it will be perfect or what do you do ?

    Find out why they dont want you anymore. If it was quality.. See if they will give you 30 days to improve. If not learn from your mistakes. I sure did..

    Contracts are worthless with some people.

    No need to get them in writing for that reason.

    Just find something that's agreeable to the masses and get a verbal commitment. For us, it's a 6 cut minimum commitment.

    i write in a 30 day cancellation clause where they can give written notice for them to terminate-providing i dont perform the required services written up in the contact.
