    Yes. unless its just a branch on the ground. the landscape/hort lic covers anything 2" diameter or less and under 12' in height. after that you need an arborist lic.

    Thanks. Guess ill go for that one after the Horticultural cert. is the arborist exam tougher?

    Yea that sucks too. I see we have 20% chance of rain tomorrow. But I think things will be to wet to do anything.
