Wouldn't life be grand if a major stepped up to the plate and manufactured a low voltage PAR 20 lamp , med base with excellent photometrics (whatever excellent may be)?

why not just do line voltage with a par 20 or par16...I use thousands of them...I love Par20s and Par16s. I use par 20 when I need 35 or 50 watt and par16s when I need 20 watt. I like the 45 watt spots from phillips in 130 volt.

    I'm Not a licensed electrician
    safety issues
    cumbersome codes
    labor intensive
    deeper trenching

I'm looking for the easy way out.

    Isn't that the American way?
