Mail box post

    Installed this at my brothers new house. Total cost was $180 my cost. Thinking of running a special in the spring on these installed for aroung $350-$400.

    I like that. What kind of stone is it? How is it attached? Was the mounting bracket custom made?

    How do you anchor that? In concrete I assume. Seems relatively simple, auger the hole, mix and pour. Looks nice.

    Looks nice and clean. Pitty the little diphead that tries to smash the mail box with a baseball bat, misses and hits the post instead. LOL :p

    Its made of granite. The brackets come with it along with stainless hardware. There are a couple of ways to put these in. My stone place has one just sunk 2.5 feet in the ground with no concrete. They have had their semis hit it and it just dis lodges it but it does not break it. You can concrete them but they will snap. We close just to put this in with out concrete in cause the plow hits it. Believe me its not going anywhere.:cool:
