mail merge with MS Word and MS Works

    Does anyone know how to merge these two? My client address list is in MS Works spreadsheet, but it won't merge with MS Word.

    I dont think you can . Im not sure you can use a works Doc in word . what are you trying to do

    Make sure you are using a Works data base file.

    I'm trying to merge names from my database into a form letter to my clients. Inserting names into the salution of the
    letter, etc

    what version of word? my xp does it from works.

    Try moving the letter from word into the works word proccesor Then copy and paste the spreadsheet into a list form of the works database.
    Then you should be able to merge.
