I've got a lawn in NE Mississippi that's in decent shape. I did an application of Weed-B-Gon on Memorial Day and it's been very effective.

I want the Bermuda to really spread now. It's thick and fine in some spots and other spots are fairly bare (20%-25%? Bermuda). I'm currently mowing weekly at about a 2" height. I was cutting this high to the Bermuda could crowd the dandelions. I could definitely mow lower. Are any of fertilizers more effective at making it run? Triple 13 good? Should I pour on the nitrogen? Would lowering the acidity (adding lime) help?

Been getting plenty of water and warm weather here.

Cut your bermuda as low as you can without scalping, 2-3 times a week. Use a fertilizer with a 3-1-2 ratio and apply 1 lb. of N./1000 sq. ft. monthly. Bermuda likes its acidity between 6.0 and 6.5. It needs 1 inch water/week. Good Luck
