making first bid

    Ok I'M MAKING MY FIRST BID AND I'M NOT SURE IF WHEN YOU SHOW ALL OF THE SERVICES. IF YOU BRACK THEM DOWN AND ADD THEM IN ON THE MOUNTHLY PAYMENTS. WHAT I MEAN IS HAVE THEM ADDED IN WITH THE WEEKLY MOW,CLEANUP THE USEUAL. OR DO YOU BILL FOR THOSE SERVICES AS THEY COME DUE. THANKS TO ANY ONE THAT CAN HELP.

    If its a bid......you need to put in writing exactly what you are doing. If you have a list of requirements, build your bid based on those requirements.

    To answer your question....you should ask the customer how they want to be billed. I have done both ways. Lawn care as equal payments with add ons billed when performed or just give 12 equal payments for all services.

    For a bid I would give pricing on each service and work out the payment when I won the bid.

    have to agree with above. It is how you or they want to be billed
