    Employment: Regular, Full-time
    Hours/week: 40+
    Start Date: January 2012
    Salary: $30,000-35,000
    Benefits: Health, cell phone, performance bonus
    Education: Bachelor’s/Associates required or working towards

    Weed Man Lawn Care, a franchise system, is looking for someone to continue to help us grow our company and share in our success. Our company has experienced growth of 64% in 2010 and 46% in 2011 despite the “down” economy. This is a great opportunity to become a part of a company that is recession proof and not get stuck in a position with a low ceiling and little hope of advancement. The candidate must have a positive attitude towards sales. The candidate must possess the ability to lead and be willing to learn on the job. The requirements include working long hours during our Spring sales campaign. This dedicated employee should also enjoy working outdoors.

    Responsibilities include: learning how to sell lawn care, treating lawns, working with customers face to face and on the phone, conducting administrative duties, and most importantly how to lead, recruit and coach staff members. We’re looking for the candidate that’s interested in growing quickly with our expanding company and/or helping them eventually start their own branch of Weed Man Lawn Care.
