My insurance is up for renewal. What is required? What can be trimmed? The rates have gone through the roof.

As per the NJ department of environmental protection website,

For pesticide applicator businesses not engaged in fumigation pest control:

    A. Bodily injury liability
    1) $100,000 each occurrence
    2) $300,000 aggregate

    B. Property damage liability
    1) $50,000 each occurrence

Just got off the phone with my agent. He claims any business in NJ needs $500,000 liability.
