I think it would be a great idea to share some of our marketing strategies for 2009. I will not be spending as much on mailers, magazines, and postcards. I have already terminated my relationship with the "marketing guru". My thinking this year is to spend more time networking with other professionals to crank up the referrals. As far as post cards etc. I plan on only targeting the very high end clients and making sure they see my name consitently all year long. Last year our marketing dollars were wasted but I think the downturn was the reason the marketing was so bad. This year every dollar we spend must bring a return. What are your plans this year.
