I'm attempting to create a book for my mowing crew with instructions on what to do.

    - name
    -cut height
    - addresses
    - special instruction... trim hill, make sure gate is closed, push mow back, etc.

How did everyone set there's up? Anyone mind posting a picture of the page?

I know a couple of guys I found made a page in a 3 ring binder for each customer, but not sure I need a full page for each customer. Some might be detailed and others just a simple "mow, blow, go at 3 inches"

    Yup, yup.

That's why I cut everybody at the SAME height.
And why I use a GPS to locate my customers.

Doesn't fix all my problems, but it sure helps.

Cutting height is one of the blessings and curses of living in a transition zone! We have it all. We cut anywhere from 2"-4" depending on the turf and level ness of the lawn.

I've got the list and small info in a spreadsheet where I list name, address, cut height, and notes.

I can figure out how to make a list or bullets in the notes box. Some properties will have multiple things I need to remind the crew leader about.

Single page for each house . Can print a property outline map on it. Then just the regular information. Put it in sheet protectors and they can write on it with a dry erase

I'll try to get a pic later, but under the customer info section on quickbooks we put a few quick notes. The majority of our customers don't care, but we have probably about 20 or so that are pretty picky. Also have notes on what properties have locked/gated backyards and which key goes to which property. Some larger properties (5+ acre) might only get the house perimeter, front yard, and partial back weekly, then the rest EOW. We add those kinds of instructions.

Usually the only time we need to refer to it is back at the start of each season, but for part time guys we keep a binder in each truck so they know.
