I am going to be using Mec Amine D mainly for spot treatments this year and I wanted to get some of your thoughts on the product.

I have done a search and read some great things and some bad things about this product. I have used mainly Trimec plus, and classic in the past and I decided to try Mec this year since it is basicly the exact same thing and cheaper.

What success rates have you had with the product? Also I have read that some people have had to use a higher percentage of product when mixing to achevie the desired result. Have any of you found that to be the case?

Also what weeds, if any did you find it less effective against?

Mecamine-D works fairly well, but can be slowed like any other post emergent weed control with changes in conditions. Best option is to use a surficant or spreader/sticker in conjunction with the product for better control measures. Especially against the summer annuals such as Oxalis, Knotweed and Spurge.
