how manyt of yall are cuttin on monday? Just thought id ask?
If its not raining we will be cutting. I dont think memorial day will be as bad as us cutting mothers day sunday. In our eyes its just another day.
I'm finishing up the accounts early so I can go to the lake, so no I won't be cutting that day.
I've got a couple of comercial accounts I'll mow, but no residentials. I like to keep the power equipment off during holidays. If I feel like it, I'll go do some weed maintenece.
My grandfather was in WWII and I take at least half a day to respect that.
Same here. If its dry and the grass is green we'll be out cutting.
Got a few commercials I will probably cut, but I wont be on any resi's. Might give me a chance to really get them looking good anyways since there wont be many or any cars at them. Makes the job 100x easier
In agreement with above...may cut a couple commercial accts (townhomes/apts) but no single families. If I get good and caught up by this Saturday, won't cut any.
WILL fly the flag for all our fallen vets out there.....
No work, my company is closed for Memorial Day.
This is the only holiday I observe, not only since I am a Veteran but also in deference to what this day is supposed to salute.
Unless it's raining again I'll be cutting until about noon, everything is backed up because of the rain so I not wasting a nice day.
we still work the same shifts . unless its Xmas or a big day off. we have a new cemetery that just opened up last year for all the vets. so they celebrate on Sunday. so out of respect we do nothing on that day.
