Metro gas tank conversion

    A little project I did a while back before Christmas.

    And here's the after. Cost was $68 to upgrade to the new gas tank and cap. You use the same grommet that was on the old one.

    It looks a lot better with the new style tank. Was the old tank leaking or were you just going for a sleeker look?

    Going for the new look man! The mower still looked brand new even before I put the new tank on. It hardly gets used at all.

    Good looking tank. I'm waiting on a fuel level gas cap for my Exmark 36.
