Our wonderful governor has struck again. Along with a higher income tax, I'm hearing "professional services, such as landscaping" will need to tax at 6% for the service. How will this work exactly? I charge 6% on a total invoice and collect the taxes for the state government?

In PA, we collect 6% sales tax for the state government, and remit the money to the state by the 20th of the following month.

I'm sure you will be notified what services are to be taxed, and how to remit the money to the state.
