This is similar to what I do for my referrals for spray work. They get a certain amount of money as a credit, but it's towards the following year's service. Gives 'em incentive to come back

Well then ive been really lucky not to have that happen to me yet, But im sure it will eventually. Seem to always get screwed in the long run. You just cant go by word anymore like you said you have to have a 30 page contract just to make sure you dont get bent by a customer.

No - didn't know him but, the news story really made him sound like a great guy. Very sad. He was just stopping by/running out to get his sister carry-out and that happens.... absolutely sickening. It certainly makes a good case for the death penalty. So senseless.

Honestly, it makes me wonder. What if they'd travel out to Northville, take one of my routes, do a good job, and only charge 10-15 lawn?

Psh.. they couldn't do that good of a job.

I also cant believe the 100's of posts from people looking to buy lawn accounts. I'm not against buying/selling accounts, but some people sound desperate. I wonder if it's big companies or guys just getting started, trying to make a business pop out of nowhere. Oh well..

Anyone want to sell 50 accounts to me? Lol.
